I ran for about 48 minutes this evening. I might have ran for more than 4 miles. That makes a total mileage of about 7.5 miles for this week. I need to run 2.5 more miles in the next 3 days in order to reach my target of 10 miles in this week. Time alone will say if I will do it or not.
In the last 9 months, my weight increased by 7 lbs. This is not a great news. My immediate goal is to stop further increase. I plan to check my weight after a month to see if my weight increased or constant.
I am meeting Raman Sir for lunch tomorrow. He is a true Karma Yogi. He is a man of determination. If he thinks of doing anything, he will not rest until it is completed. I hope to get some inspiration from him.
