Good so far in this week

This week has been good from the exercise stand point. I was able to run on Monday and Wednesday. I ran 3 miles on Monday and 4 miles on Wednesday. That is 7 miles so far in this week. I have to run atleast 3 miles before end of Sunday to reach my 10 mile goal.

I went to my first Yoga class on Tuesday. Yoga was great. It is tougher than you thing. The end result was good. I felt nice after the class.
